Code of Conduct Policy
Policy for conduct for APPNA Oklahoma Members
APPNA Oklahoma is committed to providing membership experience in which individuals are treated with courtesy, respect, and dignity. Professional and moral behavior is expected at all times.

APPNA OK members are required to follow the Bylaws and all other policies including our policies for conduct as referenced in the ethics and grievance committee policy statement currently and future ones that are adopted by the Association from time to time.

APPNA OK will not condone or permit any action by any member that is disruptive, contrary to APPNA OK’s published policies or constitutes harassment. APPNA OK prohibits discrimination against other members or a group on the basis of religion, gender, race or ethnic origin.
​
Harassment includes, but is not limited to: disparaging, threatening, intimidating or hostile acts, unwelcome sexual advances/comments or published words; epithets, slurs or negative stereotyping; or publication of any written materials that denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual or a group.
​
Any violation of APPNA OK policies and bylaws can lead to disciplinary actions following due process.
