I am thrilled and deeply honored to assume the role of the new President of APPNA Oklahoma. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the previous leadership for their unwavering dedication, hard work, and commitment. Their efforts have laid a strong foundation for us to build upon.

As the new President, I am dedicated to further advancing our organization and realizing our vision for the future. Through leveraging our collective wisdom and promoting transparency in our decision-making processes, we can foster an environment where every member feels valued.

In addition to improving the organizational structure, I am also committed to setting clear financial objectives for our organization. I plan to work closely with the Treasurer and the executive and finance committee to develop a comprehensive financial plan that promotes growth and sustainability of our organization.

As the first female President of APPNA Oklahoma, I am deeply passionate about creating an inclusive environment. I am committed to ensuring that our organization becomes a platform where diversity is celebrated, ideas are freely exchanged, and all members feel empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and skills.

Lastly, I strongly believe in the importance of giving back to the community that has supported us throughout the years. As physicians, we have a unique opportunity and responsibility to make a positive impact on the lives of those around us. By actively engaging with our community, we can drive positive change and create a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

I am excited and optimistic about the path ahead and the potential for our organization to grow and thrive.
