There’s nothing more exciting than seeing new business and growth in Northwest Arkansas, and the ever-expanding market has paved the way for Waypoint Private Capital to open an office in Springdale.

The NW Arkansas Waypoint Private Capital Launch Event was held Wednesday, November 13th at the Fairlane Station in Springdale, Arkansas to introduce the NW Arkansas Managing Director, Randy Meier.

The event was attended by founding partners Jim Holder, Tulsa, Oklahoma and Steve Sprindis, Madison, Wisconsin, who were on hand to introduce the company to the local business community. Along with offices in NW Arkansas, Tulsa and Madison the company is expanding to Oklahoma City and is exploring multiple other expansion opportunities.

Waypoint Private Capital is an Investment Banking firm that was founded by former partners of a regional investment banking firm who saw an opportunity to offer a critical set of services to middle-market companies in an underserved segment of the market. They provide their clients with merger and acquisition advisory services (M&A), capital sourcing, and CFO consulting services. More specifically, they help business owners sell their companies, expand through acquisition, and finance the growth of their companies by raising equity and debt for companies.

Randy grew up in Springdale and attended the University of Arkansas and has always had strong ties to the community.
